Do I need to book?

Booking ahead is best, especially for lash sets and MIMO Art Sets. Short treatments sometimes have same-day space.

How early should I arrive?

Five minutes before your time is perfect. Lash appointments start best with clean, make-up-free eyes.

Can I change my appointment?

Yes. Please let the studio know at least 24 hours before so someone else can take the slot.

Can I buy products without a treatment?

Of course. The MIMO label is on the shelf by the door, and online in the shop.
